1. No Refund Policy
GSM Sathi 360 provides a complete Free Demo to ensure that the platform meets your business needs. Once a subscription plan is purchased and activated, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
2. Subscription Validity
Your subscription is valid for the selected time period (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). There are no prorated refunds if you decide to stop using the software before the expiry date.
3. Cancellation
You can choose not to renew your subscription at any time. Once cancelled or expired, your access to the administrative dashboard will be restricted.
4. Support Access
We continue to provide technical support for the duration of your active subscription to ensure smooth operations.
