We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use our software for your business operations. Any misuse, attempt to reverse engineer, or unauthorized distribution of our platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Subscription and Access
Access to the platform is based on the subscription plan you choose. Payments are processed in advance, and access is granted for the duration of the purchased plan.
4. Data Ownership
While the business data (repair logs, inventory, customers) remains yours, the software infrastructure and architecture are the intellectual property of GSM Sathi 360.
